INTERACTIVE ONLINE WORKSHOP: Non-violent/ compassionate communication, for individuals and couples

Are you tired of draining discussions with your partner? Do you want to share your thoughts, and feel understood?

Yes, I hear you: communication can be challenging, especially if your partner comes from another culture, or you are doing long-distance.

Are you often beating yourself up or struggle to deal with your anger? Do you want to be kinder to yourself and better manage your emotions? Become your own cheerleader/ ally in challenging situations, e.g. relocation or job search during Corona times!
