Non-violent/ compassionate communication, for individuals and couples
-Are you tired of draining discussions with your partner? Do you want to share your thoughts, and feel understood?
Yes, I hear you: communication can be challenging, especially if your partner comes from another culture, or you are doing long-distance.
- Are you often beating yourself up? Do you want to be kinder to yourself? Become your own cheerleader/ ally in challenging situations, e.g. relocation or job search during Corona times!
+WHAT WILL HAPPEN DURING THE WORKSHOP?+ You will get to know the four components of non-violent communication in a safe and fun space. Using various reflection and communication exercises, you can practice NVC for sensitive situations you currently struggle with. You will change the way you talk to others and yourself.
